Gel Extraction/DNA Purification Kit (Enhanced)

In the presence of high chaotropic salts, DNA fragments are selectively adsorbed onto the silica matrix membrane within the spin column. A series of rapid wash-centrifugation steps then remove impurities such as primers, nucleotides, proteins, and enzymes, finally eluting the purified DNA from the silica matrix membrane.
 
This product is suitable for applications including agarose gel DNA recovery, PCR product purification, DNA fragment purification after enzyme digestion, purification following probe labeling, DNA sample concentration, and more.
