A minimum order of HKD 500 is required. Orders that do not meet this minimum will be subject to a handling charge.

We accept immediate payment via FPS (轉數快) or non-immediate payment via Manual. Details as below:

Payment Methods

FPS (轉數快): Your payment will be processed immediately, and your order will be classified as a direct order. We will prioritize processing and shipping as quickly as possible.

​Manual Payment: This is our standard payment arrangement. Upon receiving your order, our customer service team will send you a confirmation email/prepayment request. In general, our payment options include prepayment or net 30 days after delivery, and we will inform you of the payment methods if needed*, such as bank transfer or FPS.

If you have any questions regarding the payment methods, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

*Note: If your company, institution, or department has previously established payment conditions, our customer service team will confirm the order based on the past payment conditions. If no conditions have been set, we will further communicate with you.
