As your laboratory partner, we understand that your company, institution, or department may have different payment conditions and methods.

Whether you are a first-time or returning client, our Labware E-shop ensures a seamless shopping experience. Simply select the desired products, provide shipping details, choose between immediate payment via FPS (轉數快) or our Manual payment option (default payment method, non-immediate payment), and complete your order.​​

Payment Methods

• FPS (轉數快): Your payment will be processed immediately, and your order will be classified as a direct order. We will prioritize processing and shipping as quickly as possible.
   

• ​Manual Payment: This is our standard payment arrangement. Upon receiving your order, our customer service team will send you a confirmation email/prepayment request. In general, our payment options include prepayment or net 30 days after delivery, and we will inform you of the payment methods if needed*, such as bank transfer or FPS.

*Note: If your company, institution, or department has previously established payment conditions, our customer service team will confirm the order based on the past payment conditions. If no conditions have been set, we will further communicate with you.
